Day tours
We get it—sometimes things change. Give us at least 24 hours’ notice for a full 100% refund. After that, no refund.
Multi-day, Group tours & Private tours
Here’s the scoop: If you cancel more than 14 days before your adventure, we’ll refund you the entire cost. If you cancel within 14 days, you’ll get back 50%, and the rest covers our costs. Unfortunately, if it’s within 48 hours of departure, we cannot offer a refund. We’ve got to cover our guides and transport, after all.
Rental gear
Rental gear isn’t refundable, but don’t worry—we’ve got your safety gear covered!
Refund Processing
All cancellation fees cover our direct costs. We’ll process your refund within 7 working days.
Complaints
Do you have any complaints? Let us know within 5 days of your tour. Otherwise, no compensation will be provided.
Travel Insurance
Remember to get travel insurance. It can be a real lifesaver if anything goes wrong with your plans. Plus, it’s a small price to pay for
peace of mind!
Weather Conditions
Just a heads up—Mother Nature calls the shots when it comes to our adventures. Iceland’s weather? Totally unpredictable! Our tours
are weather and condition-dependent, so we reserve the right to change your itinerary or cancel your trip with your safety in mind.
Our guides are specially trained to deal with changing conditions, and their number one priority is your safety. Please respect your
guide’s authority to make these decisions.
Assumed Risk and Outdoor Activities
Adventure is our middle name, but safety comes first. All our activities embrace the thrill, but safety is our top priority. You’re in for
some serious fun, but it’s important to follow our guidelines and take responsibility for your own safety.
Adventure is full of surprises, and while we’ve got your back, accidents happen. All activities are undertaken entirely at your own risk,
and you must behave in a fit and proper manner at all times in accordance with our and/or our partners’ guidelines.
All adventure tours and outdoor activities carry inherent risks, and Snowmobile.is or its partners do not assume any responsibility for
accidents that are caused by customers, can be traced to their own actions, or are caused by factors outside of human control
(Force majeure).
When you book with us, you agree to these conditions and take responsibility for your participation in the adventure tour.

Alcohol and Drugs
Save the party for later—we won’t tolerate any behavior that could jeopardize your safety or that of others. We reserve the right to
refuse participation to clients we believe are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In such circumstances—no refund.
Dress Code
Remember to dress appropriately! Proper footwear and outdoor gear are a must for a safe and enjoyable experience. We reserve the
right to refuse participation to customers who are dressed inappropriately or with inappropriate footwear, as this will put the client’s
